These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of applications, software, and services provided by Elad Apps FZ LLC, including but not limited to Meme Soundboard, Find Diamonds, Tap Craft, Ploppy Pigeon, and Voice Buddy / Voice Changer AI (collectively, the “Apps”). We reserve the unrestricted right to add, remove, or modify Apps and services at any time.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Authorised Use Only

You may only access and use the Apps through authorised software distributed via official platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

Any access, scraping, automation, or interaction outside authorised methods is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access, without notice.

2. Absolute Intellectual Property Protection

All rights, title, and interest in the Apps, including all code, design, features, data structures, and content, are owned exclusively by Elad Apps FZ LLC or its licensors.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code

• Replicate, copy, or build derivative works

• Exploit the Apps or any component for commercial or non-commercial purposes

Any breach automatically results in termination of your license and may result in legal action.

3. Data Rights (Broad Commercial Use)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly grant Elad Apps FZ LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to:

• Collect, store, analyze, modify, distribute, sell, license, and otherwise use any data you provide or generate through use of the Apps

• Use such data for any purpose, including commercial exploitation, advertising, resale, analytics, AI training, and product development

This includes:

• User-provided content

• Usage data and behavioral data

• Device and technical metadata

We may share, transfer, or sell such data to third parties at our sole discretion, subject only to applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

You acknowledge that:

• Data may be transferred internationally without restriction

• We are not obligated to retain, delete, or provide access to data except where strictly required by law

4. Subscriptions & Billing Authorization

By subscribing or making a purchase, you:

• Provide ongoing authorization for us and/or platform providers (Apple/Google) to charge your payment method

• Agree that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

• Accept that billing continues until you cancel through the relevant app store

You waive any requirement for additional notice before recurring charges, except where required by law.

5. Refund Policy (Strict Discretion)

All refunds are granted solely at our absolute discretion.

We may consider factors including, but not limited to:

• Usage of the Apps or services

• Time elapsed since purchase

• Any suspected abuse

Refunds are:

• Not guaranteed under any circumstances

• Subject to app store provider policies

• Subject to applicable local laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Apps are provided “as is”, “with all faults”, and “as available”

• We make no warranties whatsoever, express or implied

• Security or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Elad Apps FZ LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

• You assume full responsibility for all use of the Apps

• You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any harm caused to yourself or others through your use of the Apps

• We bear no liability whatsoever for user actions, misuse, or consequences arising from use

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elad Apps FZ LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Apps

• Your violation of these Terms

14. Apple-Specific Terms

1. This agreement is between you and Elad Apps FZ LLC, not Apple

2. Apple has no responsibility for the Apps

3. We are solely responsible for maintenance, support, and claims

4. Apple’s liability is limited to refunds where applicable

5. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this agreement

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Final Interpretation Clause

In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or dispute:

Elad Apps FZ LLC retains the sole and final authority to interpret these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
